ABOUT ME


As a former athlete I always wanted to make sure I was doing everything possible to be able to perform my best. Since there was so much conflicting information out there I made the decision to go to school for exercise science. I tried to soak up as much knowledge as I could about health and performance, only to find that they are far from the same thing. Now it is my mission to help people improve their mental and physical fitness in order to experience as much joy and elevated quality of life for as long as possible.


Education/Certifications:

B.S. University of Massachusetts, Boston. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).

These are 6 week programs to introduce you to mental and physical fitness. You will receive a PDF for a 12 week workout program and we will meet once a week to discuss various Topics.

Take your training to the next level. Here you will receive an individualized training program tailored to your needs. You will receive weekly check ins and guidance to ensure you are making the progress you deserve!
